Week 13!!!!

(b.) Compare the research presented on "her" divorce and "his" divorce. What do you think accounts for the gendered differences in this regard??

We will first look at “Her” Divorce, next “His” Divorce, and then we will talk about gender differences in this case. “Her” Divorce has two solution factors: the salary gap among females and males, and so the courts do not award the ex-husband to pay for alimony and also child support. Mutually females and males are unable to get alimony from their prior spouses. Since males have higher pay they are unlikely to get alimony from their spouses. In a divorce the courts will also look at the females contributions towards the whole lot and the future earnings of the male. Many females suffer in a traditional marriage because they loss status, identity, and their home which they put all their work into.
“His” Divorce often has a lot of rage, disturbing pain, unreliability, other debts, ongoing disagreement with the former spouse, and remarriage can often turn into noncompliances with a court-ordered child support. Males also fear negative response due to their prior marriage. Even though most males get more profit from a divorce then a female in areas such as; economically, they also familiarity dislocation of a fall apart.
Gender differences in a divorce often are created from females and males unlike experiences in the actual marriage. Each marriage contains two different marriages “Hers” and “His” they are very opposite and that are why there is a “His Divorce” and a “Her Divorce.”
